Can I beat a dog?

Many people on the Internet write that without whipping there is no way to raise dogs or there are breeds that need to be beaten so they obeyed, or another “glitch” – you need to beat at certain points (if picks up, growls, runs away). And how really? Let’s look at the beat from the point of view of the dog and think about how she sees this situation. Let us examine a couple of examples – the dog picked up something tasteless from the ground, the owner came up and gave it to her in the face. What did the dog learn in this situation?
The owner thinks – that he did not teach her to pick up, and the dog, what do you think he thinks?
The dog thinks very differently – the dog remembered that the owner’s approach is bad and very unpleasant. Why did the dog decide that? A dog sees the world differently! She connects the last event and some kind of influence among themselves, but she cannot connect in her head the events that were before.
And it turns out – the dog picked up the food – and ate a tasty meal, that is, she linked the selection of food with something good for herself.
A few seconds later, the owner flew up and gave her a face – the dog remembered the arrival of the owner is unpleasant and concluded that the owner is strange and fights, it is impossible to approach him. And you will already have problems with the team approach to me!
That is why you should always think about how a dog sees punishment? What does she connect him with – with what action?
What is the way out in this situation? We need to make selection from the ground uncomfortable and IMPORTANT: the dog should not understand that the discomfort comes from the owner.
For example – the dog picks up, and you throw the keys at him, so that he would not notice. What does the dog think? He wanted to pick up, but something incomprehensible flew into him. The dog realized his mistake and the owner was good for the dog. Or the dog did not come up – they caught him and beat him up – then he understood – it was bad to approach the owner! To me the command is broken, the dog will not approach.
Beating a dog teaches not to trust the owner, destroys the relationship with a man! The dog will not obey you, as communication with you is uncomfortable to the dog! The dog will execute commands, cowering, slowly, as it is afraid of making a mistake and getting “cuffs”
Naturally, this will annoy the owner, and he can hit the dog again. The dog will shrink even more, it will go to itself, and the trust will collapse even more, and, naturally, the dog will execute commands even worse. It’s a vicious circle. Unless the owner realizes that it is not necessary to beat the dog and there are other options for influencing the dog, nothing will change.
How different?
To think: did I explain to the dog earlier what I want from it? And understand what the rules of punishment are.
Remember the main rule: if it is profitable for a dog to do something – it will do it, if it is not profitable for it – it will not do it. You have to think how to make a dog obedient behavior profitable, and disobedience unprofitable! Obedience is the same: if obedience is profitable for a dog, it will obey you, if it is unprofitable – it will not obey you.
The second point is the ideal punishment that which comes not from the master, but goes like
as if from nowhere, which the dog receives as if from a dog god. But at the same time the owner is not to blame, the owner is always loving and he is always good.
For now, just think: do you need to beat your dog and what does your dog understand after you hit him? What are the connections in her head? Is it related: your approach and blow, or your action and your blow?
Just think – do you need to beat your dog? If so, what consequences may this have, or are there other options for exposure?
